The Independent Thinking team recognizes that consultants are often met with skepticism by school communities. The consultant "skepticism" we shared as school administrators was instrumental in shaping the philosophy of our consulting and coaching services. Our services are designed specifically to be task-oriented, with outcomes defined as part of a contracted agreement. IT believes that our role is to help strengthen the school, setting up the systems or identifying the resources needed in order for the school to be independent of outside consultant support.
