RETAINED SEARCH for administrators 

Independent Thinking has partnered with numerous schools managing retained searches for administrator positions. With a retained search, the school contracts with Independent Thinking to manage the search exclusively. IT will manage each aspect of the process: writing the position description, advertising and marketing the position, vetting candidates and working closely with the school until the right candidate is identified and hired. The fee for an administrator retained search is 18% equivalent of first year salary.
